Can't wait to meet you people in real life....

Had my "cyberdate" as DH calls it with "Shortee" from FT. We both have lining issues and she lives in the Chicago area. We went out to dinner and had some wine. Was great. So nice to be out with someone that "gets it". Someday...I am not kidding....we really all need to pick a central-ish locale and meet. Or Mexico. I know it sounds "gay" but I dont' know how I'd make it thru this crap without you guys. (awww....rainbows....leprechauns (st. patrick's day is coming...)...touchy feely warm feelings....sorry!) Ravenswood...our cyberdate will have to be soon!!

    Why did I just have a brief vision of you two visiting an IF theme park and riding the carousel, complete with Joans, Honey Bears, and Fertility Witches? I'd have hard time deciding whether to ride Joan or the Bear...Joan is more traditional and horse-like and would give a more classic carousel feel...but the bear, that would be kind of unique and amazing.

    I would love to do a weekend spa like getaway with you all someday. Beka has been my cyber date before. We had a great time at dinner (I think it lasted 3 hours, right Beka!). bbchi: I will be in Chicago a couple of times this year. Once to see my bridesmaids baby I told you all about and also to see my BFF. Then DH has a conference there so I am going to tag along and enjoy the free hotel stay. I'll let you know!

    bbchi - My goal this year is to get DH on at least 2 plane rides - first stop, Chicago...will let you know when.
    For all you Nor Cal girls, the offer still stands, I will shut down my restaurant, and we can go crazy...drink beer straight from the taps, dance on the bar, and free use of deep fryer!!!
