I have 3-5 pounds to lose by June... I just gotta stay away from the baked goods!! I am working out 2-3 times a week and rationing my carb intake.
ReplyDeleteWas wondering if anyone is still interested in doing this program? I've started my diet two weeks ago and would love some extra support and some ladies who are also trying to lose some weight. I have lost 5 lbs so far and I have been cheating ALOT lol. I'm doing the slim fast diet. I also set up a gym in my garage over the week-end and will be working out in there daily to help shed these pounds. So, whos in?
