I KNOW! WTF??? It's a long way from November's negative beta, isn't it? This is what the doctor told me about beta #s, if I remember correctly:
0-200 They would have me come back for a 2nd beta to make sure the number was rising
200-700 Probably a singleton, no 2nd beta
700+ Probably multiples
They gave me that info in the first phone call which was just to say "positive." The nurse called back a second time with the HCG # and said that at 621, it could be multiples or a singleton...we'd just have to wait and see on the US.
I am reallllly hoping it's no more than 2, like, BAD!
I'm still trying to figure out how to make you guys authors. I think you need to be on my contact list or something, and I've been trying to send you all invites so we can all write posts here to our hearts' content. I'll get it figured out and we'll be churning out classic "D@ve SUCKS...and so does IF" posts in no time.
Ok, I'll go w/ both names here. On the Google group I'll go w/ BabytoB so it's not as confusing (I hope!). I've had a hard time figuring out my screen names, and I consider myself pretty tech savvy. Argh!

Thanks Krissy, you guys are too sweet. Interestingly enough, my doctor hasn't scheduled a second beta. He said if I was at 200 or below, we'd do another one to make sure it was going up...but anything above that we'd just wait 2 weeks for the first U/S. Am I the only one who is doing a single beta before U/S?
