This blog is a haven for practical, realistic, sharp-witted girls who have grown weary of unicorn-riding, rainbow-kissing, "babydust"-spewing nitwits.

Welcome to OUR shiny, new blog.
Newbies Welcome!
wow - that's pretty scary and shitty that certain male infertility can lead to increased colon cancer? definitely going to send this to my DH's uro...
ReplyDeleteThanks, jps. I read the article and sent the link to my hubby. When I attended nursing school (way back in the dark ages before I decided to switch fields), I remember my professor telling us that everything is about genetics and that gene therapy is the future of medicine. Although I'm not sure that I agree with him entirely, it is fascinating to read the research that is being done. There are so many pieces to this puzzle, and it is exciting to see the pieces begin to come together so that individualized treatment/prevention plans can be created.
ReplyDeleteThis is crazy!!! I can't send this to my hubby.. he is very sensitive about his spermies and the fact that they are Champion challenged... I think the body is an amazing machine and I love how every year they discover something new... and alarming!
